R2D2
R2-D2, pronounced Artoo-Detoo and often referred to as R2 (Artoo), was an R2-series astromech droid manufactured by Industrial Automaton with masculine programming. A smart, spunky droid who would serve a multitude of masters over his lifetime, R2-D2 was never given a full memory wipe nor did he ever receive new programming, with these factors resulting in an adventurous and independent attitude. Often finding himself in pivotal moments in galactic history, his bravery and ingenuity saved the galaxy on numerous occasions. Wookieepedia.

C-3P0
C-3PO (See-Threepio) was a 3PO-series protocol droid designed to interact with organics, programmed primarily for etiquette and protocol. Sometimes referred to as Threepio, he was fluent in over six million forms of communication, and developed a fussy and worry-prone personality throughout his many decades of operation. Along with his counterpart, the astromech droid R2-D2, C-3PO constantly found himself directly involved in pivotal moments of galactic history, and aided in saving the galaxy on many occasions. Wookieepedia.

4A-7 Spy Droid
4A-7 was an early RA-7 protocol droid prototype manufactured by Arakyd Industries on the planet Mechis III. He had the body of a Cybot Galactica protocol droid and an over-sized head containing surveillance equipment. 4A-7 was stationed at the B’omarr Monastery on Teth, alongside Asajj Ventress, who considered the droid her only friend. When Anakin Skywalker, Ahsoka Tano, and the clone troopers of Torrent Company arrived at the monastery, 4A-7 claimed he was the caretaker of the structure, and tried to make the two Jedi believe he was grateful. B2-series Super Battle Droid
B2-series super battle droids, also known as B2 super battle droids, super battle droids, or super droids, were an advanced battle droid used by the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the Clone Wars. Although one model of the B2-series was only equipped with wrist blasters on their right forearm, another was outfitted with wrist blasters on both forearms. Super battle droids were much stronger than their predecessors, and like the updated B1s used by the Confederacy, they did not require a command system to operate, which gave the droids limited independence. Another improvement was their thick armor casing, which contained their fragile sensors. However, B2s were designed with simple processors, limiting their ability to formulate strategies. As a result, they relied on organic commanders or tactical droids in order to effectively operate. The B2 was much stronger than the B1s, with enough strength to lift a clone trooper off the ground. However, 631s were more clumsy intellectually underpowered compared to other B1s, who regarded them as inferior. Wookieepedia.

GONK
GNK power droids, also known as gonk droids, were an Industrial Automaton knockoff of the successful EG-6 power droid. GNK power droids were effectively power generators with legs and simple artificial intelligence so they could understand rudimentary commands. They were most commonly found on under-developed worlds that did not have an expansive power grid, or in mobile military operations. They often made a low honking noise that sounded like the word “gonk,” resulting in the nickname gonk droids or simply gonks. This form of droidspeak was referred to as “Gonkian.” Wookieepedia.

Vulture Droid Starfighter
Droid starfighters were a type of automated starfighter that were droids themselves instead of needing a living pilot or even a droid. They were used prior to and during the Clone Wars, having the great advantage that if the ship was destroyed lives would be spared. There were several types of droid starfighters like Hyena-class droid bombers, vulture droid starfighters, and droid tri-fighters. Vulture droids are seen communicating with each other, the vulture droid starfighters page has more details on it. It is likely that Hyena-class droid bombers are also able to communicate like this, due to their similar design. Droid tri-fighters may be able to communicate in this fashion, but due to their highly different design, it is uncertain. Vulture and Hyena droids can both enter a walking mode to move around while not flying. Wookieepedia.
