Lara Croft is an English archaeologist, treasure hunter and tomb raider. Born to an aristocratic family, Lara is generally disinterested in upper class society, finding it stifling and boring. Lara’s expeditions have led her to search for some of the most powerful and dangerous artifacts in the world as well as uncovering some of the most mysterious places in Earth’s history. Tomb Raider Wiki

BACK TO THE FUTURE

In the Back to the Future franchise, the DeLorean time machine is a time travel vehicle constructed from a retrofitted DMC DeLorean. Its time travel ability is derived from the “flux capacitor”, a component that allows the car to travel to the past or future (though not through space). This occurs when the car accelerates to 88 miles per hour and requires 1.21 gigawatts of electricity. In 2021, the time machine was added to the Library of Congress’s National Historic Vehicle Register.

The Time Train

Back to the Future III Train

The Time Train was a second time machine that appears at the end of Part III, which is powered by steam instead of gasoline, as Doc Brown built it out of a steam locomotive over the course of ten years. The flux capacitor is inside the chimney headlamp at the front of the locomotive. The time circuits appear as rotating dials that are identical to the DeLorean’s time circuits, though are not clearly seen in the film. Wikipedia

BATMAN

Batman Cars 1966, 1989 & 2016

1966 Batmobile

Batmobile 1966

1966 Adam West was the first on-screen Batman and one markedly different than the Bats after him. His car was also unique and also of the time — a roadster with only a few bat logos and a bubble top to suggest this mobile vehicle was a bit different from other cars on the road. It’s a design without many bells and whistles, but — just like Adam West — it is awesome.

1989 Michael Keaton’s limousine-esque Batmobile was sleek, stylish, and suitably Bat-like without being too over the top. It’s a classic for a reason, and is often the Batmobile people think of first. The Batmobile is also essentially unchanged between the two Keaton films, which is why they share a spot in the ranking.

2008 Batmobile Tumbler

2008 Another Batman, another Batmobile. And Ben Affleck’s Batman has a rugged vehicle to go with his grizzled Batman look. This Batmobile lies low to the ground and doesn’t have many bells and whistles. It’s a workhorse that has gone through a lot, however, and deserves credit for its hard work. Affleck’s Batmobile also makes appearances in both Justice League and 2021’s Zack Snyder’s Justice League, which is why these movies share a Batmobile ranking spot. In the Justice League movies, the Batmobile gets some extra firepower, including a canon and a device that emits a noise to attract the parademons. It’s a solid Batmobile that gets the job done. Cars is the seventh Pixar film. The story is about rookie race car Lightning McQueen (Owen Wilson), who gets lost on the way to California for a tiebreaker race in the Piston Cup, a famous race worldwide, and ends up in a little town called Radiator Springs on Route 66, that had been bypassed and forgotten when Interstate 40 was built. He accidentally wrecks the road and is sentenced to fix it. During his time there, he meets Mater (Larry the Cable Guy), who became his best friend, and Sally (Bonnie Hunt). He also comes across Doc Hudson (Paul Newman), who used to be a famous racecar called the Hudson Hornet until a career ending crash in 1954. After Lightning fixes the road, Doc Hudson no longer wants him in town, so he secretly alerts the media about Lightning’s presence, but it doesn’t take long for Hudson to realize how much Lightning has helped Radiator Springs, so he goes back to being the Hudson Hornet and becomes McQueen’s crew chief, while most of the Radiator Springs folks become his pit crew. Lightning is about to win the race, but helps The King (Richard Petty) cross the finish line after Chick Hicks (Michael Keaton) causes him to crash. Chick wins the Piston Cup after being in third on the last lap, but is later booed by everyone, while Lightning receives praise for his sportsmanship. Wikipedia
